Accreditation
Below will be a step by step guide to our accreditation system and what you will achieve with us.

Become a licensed provider through CPD Guild
Your first step is to sign up with us for FREE and become a licensed CPD provider through our system.
To sign up you will need to send us an application email to [email protected] where a member of our accreditation team will respond. After a small discussion with us about CPD accreditation, we will sign you up to our approved provider list. You will then be given a provider number exclusive to The CPD Guild company.

Purchase a course package suitable for your needs
After you’ve received your provider number through signing up with CPD Guild, you will have to choose your coverage. The type of coverage depends on how many courses you want to accredit under CPD, below are the list of our packages:
£350 – Basic Package
The Basic Package covers a maximum of 10 courses for 12 months.

The Premium Package covers a maximum of 25 courses for 12 months.

The Unlimited Package covers an unlimited amount of courses for 12 months.

Email Communication
After you’ve purchased your package, you will receive a confirmation email from us, this will include a link where you can upload your coursework. Our accreditation team will be begin marking your coursework against CPD Standards to see if it is acceptable, the end result of this marking this will either be PENDING or APPROVED.
PENDING
This means we have found something that doesn’t meet CPD standards. We will send you an email with changes we need you to make to your coursework, once you’ve made the changes you can re-upload the coursework for us to check again. This step may happen a few times if the changes you make still don’t meet CPD Standards.
APPROVED
This means that your coursework meets CPD Standards and we’ve happily approved it. Shortly after your coursework is approved, you will receive an approval email with a brand-kit of graphics with both your CPD Guild approved course numbers and your CPD Guild approved provider number included.

Coverage & Renewal
After your courses are approved by us, the accreditation coverage lasts for 12 months from package purchase date. When your coverage moves into the final month, you will receive an email from us to discuss renewal. At that moment, you will have the chance to extend the coverage for another year or extend for an additional year while also upgrading to include new additional courses if you have more courses than your coverage covers.
